Acceptable use and outbound messaging
Last updated 2 August 2026
Sales Intelligence can send a great deal of communication very quickly. These rules exist so it stays welcome, and so your domain and numbers stay usable.
Consent and legitimate contact
- Only contact people you have consent to contact, or a genuine business reason to contact.
- Do not upload purchased or scraped contact lists.
- Keep a record of where a contact came from — Sales Intelligence stores the source with the record.
Opt-outs and do-not-contact
- Every outbound channel must carry a working opt-out.
- Opt-outs apply across channels and are honoured immediately and permanently.
- Do-not-contact lists are enforced at send time, not after.
AI disclosure and honesty
- Do not present an AI teammate as a named human employee if asked directly.
- Do not use the platform to make claims about your products you cannot support.
- Escalate to a person when a conversation needs one.
Prohibited uses
- Unlawful, deceptive, harassing or discriminatory activity.
- Sensitive-category targeting without a lawful basis and appropriate safeguards.
- Attempting to access another workspace's data, or probing the platform without written permission.
- Reselling access or reverse engineering the service.
Enforcement
We monitor for abuse patterns such as complaint spikes and bounce rates. We may pause outbound activity to protect deliverability and tell you why. Repeated or serious breach can end the agreement.
