Subprocessors and connected systems
Last updated 2 August 2026
Two different things sit on this page. Subprocessors are providers we use to run the platform. Connected systems are the tools you choose to link to your workspace — you control those.
Subprocessors we use
| Category | Purpose | Data involved |
|---|---|---|
| Cloud hosting and database | Running the platform and storing your working copy | Workspace and customer records |
| AI model providers | Scoring, drafting and summarising | Content sent for a specific request |
| Email and messaging delivery | Sending the communications you configure | Recipient details and message content |
| Error and performance monitoring | Keeping the service reliable | Technical logs, limited identifiers |
| Payment and invoicing | Billing you | Account and billing details |
Connected systems you choose
CRM, commerce, payments, accounting, marketing, support and telephony platforms connect at your instruction. What flows in and out is governed by the objects and fields you select, and you can revoke any connection at any time.
Changes
We give notice before adding a subprocessor category that materially changes how your data is handled. Ask oracle@inifye.tech for the current provider-level list under your agreement.
