Subprocessors and connected systems

Last updated 2 August 2026

Two different things sit on this page. Subprocessors are providers we use to run the platform. Connected systems are the tools you choose to link to your workspace — you control those.

Subprocessors we use

CategoryPurposeData involved
Cloud hosting and databaseRunning the platform and storing your working copyWorkspace and customer records
AI model providersScoring, drafting and summarisingContent sent for a specific request
Email and messaging deliverySending the communications you configureRecipient details and message content

Connected systems you choose

CRM, commerce, payments, accounting, marketing, support and telephony platforms connect at your instruction. What flows in and out is governed by the objects and fields you select, and you can revoke any connection at any time.

Changes

We give notice before adding a subprocessor category that materially changes how your data is handled. Ask oracle@inifye.tech for the current provider-level list under your agreement.
