Terms of service

The service

Sales Intelligence connects systems you already operate, builds a unified customer record, scores it, and runs AI-assisted sales activity you configure. Specific scope, plan and fees are set out in your order form.

Your account

• You are responsible for who you invite into your workspace and what they do there.
• Keep credentials secure and tell us promptly about suspected unauthorised access.
• You confirm you are entitled to connect the systems you connect, and to process the data in them.

Acceptable use

Use of the platform must follow the acceptable use page, including the rules on consent, opt-outs and outbound messaging. We may suspend activity that breaches those rules or puts the platform at risk.

Fees and billing

• Subscription fees are billed in advance for the period stated on your order form.
• Local prices are set per market; where a plan is billed in US dollars, that is stated on the plan.
• Implementation and services work is quoted separately and fixed after audit.
• Late payment may lead to suspension after written notice.

Availability and support

We aim for continuous availability and maintain the platform actively, but we do not promise uninterrupted service on standard plans. Enterprise agreements can include specific availability and support commitments.

Your data

You own your data. We hold a working copy scoped to your workspace to deliver the service, and you can export or revoke it at any time. Our handling obligations are set out in the privacy and data processing pages.

AI output

AI-generated scores, drafts and recommendations are decision support. You remain responsible for what is sent to your customers and for the commercial decisions you take. Configure autonomy and approval levels accordingly.

Liability

Neither party excludes liability where the law does not allow it. Otherwise our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid in that period, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Termination

Either party may end a monthly subscription at the end of a billing period, or terminate for material breach that is not fixed within 30 days of notice. On termination you have 30 days to export your data before deletion.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the customer entity is incorporated, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Contact: oracle@inifye.tech.
