Privacy notice

Last updated 2 August 2026

Inifye Tech Ltd, of Global HQ, provides Sales Intelligence. This notice explains what personal data we handle, why, and what you can ask us to do about it.

This page is maintained by Inifye Tech Ltd to answer common questions about how Sales Intelligence handles sales data. It describes our current practices — it is not an independent audit or certification.

Who this notice covers

Visitors to our website and campaign pages, people who contact us or request a demo, and users of a Sales Intelligence workspace.

It also explains, at a high level, how we handle data about your customers when you connect your systems to Sales Intelligence. In that case you decide what is collected and why; we handle it on your instructions. See the data processing page for the detail.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, business email, phone, company, role, country.
  • Enquiry content: what you asked about, which products or services interest you, meeting notes.
  • Workspace data: your account, the systems you connect, configuration, and the customer records synced from those systems.
  • Usage data: pages viewed, features used, approximate location derived from IP, device and browser type.
  • Support and correspondence: emails and messages you send us.

Why we process it

  • To respond to enquiries and provide demos you asked for.
  • To deliver, secure and support the Sales Intelligence service you subscribe to.
  • To bill you and keep accounting records.
  • To improve reliability and performance of the product.
  • To send service messages, and marketing you can opt out of at any time.

Our lawful basis

We process contact and enquiry data on the basis of your consent or our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry. We process workspace data to perform our contract with you. We keep billing records because the law requires it.

AI processing

Sales Intelligence uses AI models to score records, draft messages and summarise activity. Your business data is not used to train foundation models. Model providers process content only to return a result for your workspace.

How long we keep it

  • Enquiry and marketing contact data: until you ask us to delete it, or after 24 months of no contact.
  • Workspace data: for the life of your subscription, then 30 days for export, then deletion.
  • Billing records: as long as accounting and tax rules require.
  • Logs and audit trails: 12 months, unless your agreement sets a different period.

Sharing

We share data with the service providers listed on the subprocessors page, with professional advisers where necessary, and where the law requires it. We do not sell personal data.

Your choices

  • Ask for a copy of the personal data we hold about you.
  • Ask us to correct anything inaccurate.
  • Ask us to delete data we no longer need to keep.
  • Ask us to stop sending marketing — every message carries an unsubscribe link.
  • Object to a specific use, and we will explain our position or stop.
